Shipping/Delivery Time
WE WILL DO RUSH ORDERS FOR THE HOLIDAYS. PLEASE CALL 718.721.2308 Orders within the U.S.
are shipped UPS. (UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes) Please expect one to two
weeks for delivery.
We do not ship outside of the Americas. For orders shipping to Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia please see the list of International Distributors.
Orders to Canada are shipped UPS Standard.
Please contact us to inquire about express shipping.
Akari Lighting: The shades are accordion-like
and packed in flat black gift boxes for shipping. The lanterns require basic assembly
with instructions included.

Sales Tax
Within New York City: 8.25%. Within New York State (outside New York City)
applicable sales tax rates are used.
Returns
Returns and exchanges of Akari lamps may be made within two weeks of receipt with purchase
receipt. Returns must be made in the exact condition that they are received including
shade, all parts, and original packaging materials. We are not responsible for
any damage to Akari Models during assembly and installation. We reserve the right to
assess a 15% restocking fee for any return/exchange not meeting the aforementioned
conditions. Furniture items are sold on a non-refundable or returnable basis.
