Return Policy

All orders are carefully inspected for accuracy. If a mistake is made, please call customer service immediately so we can correct the error. All claims must be reported within 10 days of the date the order was shipped. If the package is damaged, please file a claim with the carrier immediately. It is also best to keep the original, damaged carton.

YOU MUST HAVE A RA# TO GET CREDIT ON ANY RETURNS! READ THIS PAGE CAREFULLY... To return an item , you must call customer service to receive authorization and a return number. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY OPENED PACKAGES UNLESS THE ITEMS ARE DEFECTIVE. We will not accept returned, opened packages. We cannot guarantee that the color on your screen is exactly the color of the latex or pennant you will receive because computer resolution can vary. Returned items must include customer name, original sales number and return number. Please be aware of the following: shipping for returned items must be prepaid by customer and returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

No items will be returned without prior approval.

THE UNACCEPTABLE OPTION IS TO REFUSE YOUR SHIPMENT!!! UPS ships back all refused shipments via AIR FREIGHT. If you choose to return your order this way, the air freight will be deducted plus 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. In addition, the credit will be delayed because you did not provide a return authorization number with the returned items.
