Shipping:
Most
orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 24-48 hours of placement.
See Order Processing for details. If for some
reason an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and
given a full refund if you don't want to wait.
All orders at Beach
Trading can ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select or UPS Ground. Keep in mind that UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses and does not deliver on Saturdays. USPS Priority WILL ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses and delivers on Saturdays. All orders, except those with FPO and APO
addresses, ship with delivery confirmation or tracking numbers which will
allow you
to track delivery
information for your package.
Shipping rates are
by weight as charged by the USPS and UPS. You will be shown the shipping rates BEFORE
you
pay
for your order.
Please Note: Beach
Trading ONLY ships to addresses in the Continental United States, Hawaii
and Alaska. Shipping to Hawaii,
Alaska, FPO and APO addresses may require an additional ship time.
We do not ship
to any international destinations including Canada and Mexico at this time.
Secure Ordering:
Beach Trading is
proud to offer the most secure online ordering process available on
the web. We are a Yahoo! Store and all Yahoo! Stores
use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to
process orders. When you order from us your credit card
number
is encrypted using SSL encryption technology before being sent
over the Internet, making it virtually impossible for your information
to
be stolen.
Payment Methods:
• We accept
VISA , MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER cards issued by U.S. BANKS ONLY.
• We verify customer
name and billing address electronically in order to authenticate you
as the actual card holder. Entering
an incorrect
billing
address will significantly delay the processing
of your order.
• If we are able to verify the revised
billing address information with your credit card institution, your
order will be shipped.
If not, your
order will be cancelled.
• We do not accept any credit cards from
foreign banks or foreign credit institutions.
Sales
Tax:
We are located in
California. All California orders will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Orders shipped outside
of California pay no sales tax.
Order Processing:
Most orders are processed,
packaged and shipped within 24-48 hours of placement.
Beach Trading ships orders Monday through Friday only. Orders received
after Noon Pacific Standard Time on Friday
will be processed on Monday.
We do our best to keep our site updated with accurate product photos, colors/patterns and availability
information including estimated ship times, however, all product availability
and ship times are subject to change without notice. Also we try to be as accurate as possible but colors may vary from computer to computer.
Canceling or Changing An Order:
Because of our fast
shipping and processing of orders, requests for order cancellation
and order changes can generally not be handled.
Once an order is placed at our site it is likely that it will be
boxed and shipped that same day, sometimes within minutes of order
placement.
If you want to change or cancel an order you have placed, notify
us immediately! If the order has not been shipped, we will
cancel the order or make your
requested changes, if possible.
If it has been shipped,
DO NOT OPEN IT. Simply return it to us in the original box. We
will refund the cost of
the item(s) to you when we receive the return, MINUS shipping costs
per our Return Policy (listed below). We are not responsible for
returned items that are lost in the mail and recommend returning the merchandise
via an insured carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction
is very important to us! Most orders are 100% guaranteed and can be returned
at your expense for a full refund less the original shipping charges.
Because they are custom
sewn to order, rear seat covers cannot be exchanged or
refunded.
Merchandise must be
returned within 30 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in
original, saleable condition for a refund of the product cost. Shipping
costs are not refundable. We will only refund shipping costs
if return is a result of our error.
Our return
policy is extended to 60 days on holiday gifts purchased between 11/5/07
and 12/21/07.
If you return an
item that had qualified for FREE SHIPPING we will deduct our original
cost of shipping from your credit amount.
• All
exchanges and returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days after receipt from
the original delivery date, based on delivery
confirmation/tracking. Return mailing
instructions
below.
• All exchanges
and returns must use an RMA number provided by us. See Return Mailing
Instructions below for directions to obtain RMA number.
• All items must be returned in SALEABLE condition. No rips, tears,
stains
etc. If an item is returned to us damaged no refund will be issued and we will return the item to you. Missing seat cover clips will be charged 10% for replacement and processing.
• If you need to EXCHANGE your item for a different size
or color just send the item back to
us in it's
original, saleable
condition along with the receipt and instructions telling us
what
you want
and we will send you the new item FREE of additional shipping
charges, (exchanges only shipped USPS Priority Mail, regardless of how order was originally shipped).
Please
contact us promptly to insure that we have your replacement
product in stock.
• If you want to RETURN an item for a refund, simply
ship the
item back to us in its original, saleable
condition along with the receipt for a full refund less the
original shipping charges.
• We are not responsible for returned items that are
lost or damaged in the mail and recommend returning the merchandise
via an insured carrier using a trackable method.
Return Mailing Instructions
• To
make a return or exchange within the thirty (30) day period, send an email
to
returns@BeachTrading.com requesting
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include
your name, order number and reason for the return in your request.
• Once you receive your RMA # from us via email, write
it on the OUTSIDE OF YOUR
SHIPPING BOX.
• Include
a copy of your Beach Trading invoice in your return package along with the
returned
merchandise. Send the package to us via a trackable
method (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS delivery confirmation).
We are not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail.
• Failure to
follow these steps will result in a 10% restocking fee. The fee will
be deducted
from your refund.
