These certificates will have the buyer's name, purchase date, piece number and our signature, verifying that you have purchased this at "issue" price, thus helping to maintain the value of this piece, and the entire Harbour Lights line. Harbour Lights pieces purchased from "discount" dealers, and especially EBay dealers, only damage the authenticity of this great line. SHIPPING COSTS - As you can imagine, these "ridiculous" gas prices nowadays do nothing but escalate our shipping costs. Monthly "fuel surcharge" increases from UPS have increased both our cost of receiving the products from Harbour Lights, PLUS our cost of getting the product to you, the customer. YET, we continue (as long as possible) to maintain the best shipping costs of any major "lighthouse" retailer.
