This historic vessel, a World War II Treasury/Secretary Class Cutter, known as the "Queen of the Pacific" was built in Philadephia Navy Yard in 1935. The Taney is the last surviving warship from a "day that will live in infamy," the Decmber 7, 1941 attack of the Japanese on Pearl Harbor.
