PDF License Notice

This legal document describes the rights and obligations of "Christway Media" and the "Customer" regarding material delivered in PDF format.

Christway Media's Rights & Obligations

1. Christway Media will offer Customer selected purchased music, essays, articles, and other written materials: via direct download. All files to be provided in PDF format (*.PDF), complete of all parts.

2. Christway Media guarantees that Customer will receive full assistance in matters concerning download operations after payment has been made. Christway Media declines to accept any responsibility, in any form, for any damages and losses incurred by Customer.

Customer's Rights & Obligations

1. Customer agrees to read and abide by the regulations about copyrights and License Agreement, as outlined in this legal document.

Copyrights

1. Customer agrees not to violate any copyrights that Christway Media or any other copyright holder has on all distributed PDF documents (music and texts). All duplication, reproduction, sale and advertising of the aforementioned documents is strictly forbidden without prior consent from Christway Media except as specifically provided.

2. Customer agrees to respect the terms of the following "License Agreement".

Carefully read all the terms and conditions of this license agreement prior to downloading your files. The download of all or any portion of our files indicates your agreement to the following terms and conditions and the above Legal Document.

Christway Media grants you, the Customer, a non-exclusive license to use the files in your download (the PDF file) under the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.

You may:

1. make as many copies of the PDF document as you deem necessary solely for back-up purposes.

2. print the PDF document for your personal purposes (performances, personal study, teaching, and religious services).

You may not:

1. distribute copies of the PDF document in whole or in part except as expressly provided for in this agreement.

2. sub-license, lease, lend, sell, rent or grant others any rights, or provide copies to others.

3. make verbal or media translation of the PDF files.

4. make telecommunication data transmission of the PDF files.

5. utilize the PDF files for different purposes than above mentioned (allowed are: personal performances, study, teaching, and religious services). Christway Media has "All Copyrights Reserved" on all the documents on this site.

Termination:

This agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the PDF documents together with all copies in any form. It will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition in this agreement.
