Ground rates for Server Racks and LAN Furniture systems are availabe on line for single units only when Server Rack/LAN Furniture shipping option is chosen. Shipping charges for multiple Server Racks and LAN Furniture systems will be added to your order. Please note that LAN furniture systems must be shipped by truck as their weight exceeds UPS and Fed-X normal service limits. Both LAN furniture systems and Server Racks are shipped unassembled. All items ordered are subject to shipping charges. If shipping charges are not shown on your order, they will be added to your order. REFUND POLICY All Connect-Tek products can be returned for full merchandise value within 30 days of purchase with a valid return authorization number. Call customer service to obtain the proper authorization number prior to return. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refund will be made after receipt of material in new condition. Refund will be made to the credit card account that material was purchased on. WARRANTY All Connect-Tek products have a one year limited warranty.
