Wireshark Troubleshooting Course This 2-day course focuses on the cause of poor network performance including packet-loss, retransmissions, high latency, low throughput rates, minimal bandwidth, application errors, configuration faults, rate throttling, resolution problems and generally-accepted protocol behavior. Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL) Students are required to bring their own laptops loaded with Wireshark (available at www.wireshark.org).
