Workshops have resulted in the establishment of seven new non-governmental organizations that work to promote women’s rights and full participation in civil society, each headed by a participant in TWRC-WLP training programs. One participant stated, “I now feel I have the inner strength and confidence to change my life- I will show my family that I believe in myself and that I can achieve my goals.” |
