This data-set focuses on 1997 – 2006 U.S. consumer sales of Organic Foods.
Total Organic food sales are first segmented into 8 categories: dairy, breads & grains, beverages, snack foods, packaged/prepared foods, condiments, fruits & vegetables and meat/fish/poultry.
In addition, another level of segmentation is provided, breaking total organic food sales into more than 60 more detailed sub-categories, including fresh juice, frozen juice, soy milk, non-soy dairy alternatives, frozen prepared foods, baby food, frozen fruits & vegetables, dried beans, fruits & vegetables, produce and many more!
