We are a family owned business located in a small town called Pistol River which is on the beautiful Oregon coast about 25 miles north of the California boarder. We started our farm and business, in March of 1999 packaging dried mushrooms imported from all around the world, manufacturing “Mushroom Seasonings”, and selling imported gourmet foods. In October that same year, we completed the first growing room for fresh Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms supplying the local restaurants and grocery stores here on the Oregon coast. We grew fresh mushrooms and packaged dried mushrooms until September of 2006 when we closed down the fresh operation and focused our efforts on the dried mushroom packaging and gourmet food side of our business. In addition to carrying 13 different varieties of dried mushrooms, imported from all around the world, we make 4 types of “Mushroom Seasonings” right here at the farm. These seasonings receive high praise and are becoming an important part of many residential and commercial kitchens. We also carry a few gourmet foods and infused oils at this time.
