After you have finished shopping, please follow the directions listed below to check out and complete your order. The process is similar for both free samples and paid downloads.

1. Go to your order page by clicking Show Order on the left side of the screen. Click Check Out.
   
   



2. Under "Shipping Address," enter your first name and last name and click Continue. There are no shipping charges for downloads.
   
   



3. IF YOU ARE GETTING ONLY FREE SAMPLES, SKIP TO STEP 4. If you are purchasing items, enter your billing information and any coupon codes that you have. IMPORTANT: Make sure to check the box to have a copy of the order sent to your email. If this box isn't checked, you can't view or download the items again. Click Continue and skip to step 5 of these instructions.
   
   



4. Please enter your email address in the appropriate field. IMPORTANT: Make sure to check the box to have a copy of the order sent to your email. If this box isn't checked, you can't view or download the items again. Click Continue.
   
   



5. A review of your order appears. Make sure everything is correct and click Send Order.
   
   



6. Print the page that appears. After you have printed the page, click on the red box, which says Download Now (for multiple orders, click on the first red box).
   
   



7. Your downloaded item will appear. You must click on File and Save As in the tool bar because the document has not been saved to your hard drive or disc.
   
   



8. After you have saved the file, use the Back button (or back arrow key) on your web browser to return to your order and repeat the download process for additional items.
   
   

If you experience complications downloading the content, our system will allow you to try the download process several times. However, if you encounter problems, please contact our Customer Care Representative at PTStore@ChristianityToday.com and we will do our best to respond to your need in a timely fashion.
