Although USPS Priority Mail is our preferred shipping method, we also use UPS Ground and First Class Mail for certain packages.
(Return Policy For Manufacturer Defects)
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final if there is no manufacturer defect.
Manufacturer defects are rarely discovered because every product is inspected prior to shipping. If for some reason, a defect is discovered within the first 14 days, we will be happy to replace or exchange the item in question, less shipping costs.
Simply e-mail us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns must be complete with parts, accessories, manuals, etc. Products with defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, negligence, failure to read and adhere to operating instructions, repairs or attempts at repairs, lack of proper routine maintenance and other causes beyond the control of SafetyBuddy.com are not covered in this policy. Batteries and/or damage caused by faulty or leaking batteries are the responsibility of the customer. Products accepted for return that our staff determine are not defective or restockable are automatically charged a 25% per item restocking fee.
Carefully repack the item(s) with all instructions and documentation in it's original packaging, be sure to write your return authorization on the outside of the package and mail it back, prepaid, UPS or insured US Mail. All shipping costs are incurred by customer.
