Satisfaction is guaranteed or we'll happily refund your un-used/un-open purchase (minus the shipping amount) within the first 14 days of the date you place your order.

We will accept returns under the following conditions:
- Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This charge is to cover the credit card processing fees, as well as a restocking fee.
- We need to be notified of a return within 2 business days of your receipt of the product. We do not accept returns on any single cards or figures. We do accept returns on any other items as long as they are accompanied with the receipt and are in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If open and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of receipt or the returned product.
- If the return was due to our error (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for re-shipping the right product
to you. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS first class mail or Priority Mail. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping or store credit can .be issued to you.
- If the return was not due to our error (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you didn't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 20% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. If the item's factory seal was broken, we cannot accept the item back.
- Wax packs are non returnable. Wax boxes are non returnable if the factory seal is broken.
HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE:

Pease include a note in the box/package along with your order #, name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Also, please explain what you would like to do (if exchanging, please tell us what size/color/style/shirt you want.) If you are returning multiple items please indicate clearly what you are doing with each item.
If you are exchanging and are out of the U.S., please include the credit card number you used to place your order with on your note and we will charge you the price of shipping based on the weight of the order once we resend your package.
If you are simply returning for a refund, we will credit your card when the items are received and you need not include any check for shipping.
